Thai Youth Engage in Anti-Corruption Drama Workshop

According to Khaosod Online, the National Anti-Corruption Fund (NACC Fund) has launched a workshop series titled 'Creative Drama Against Corruption: Youth Who Do Not Tolerate Corruption' in Eastern Thailand. The initiative aims to foster ethical awareness among the younger generation by encouraging students to write and perform short plays that reflect their perspectives on corruption.

A key highlight of the program involves students from Darasamut Sriracha School collaborating with prominent Thai actress Mint Chalida Wijitwongtong, alongside actors Jubjang Wimonphan and Tar Pongthanat. These professionals are mentoring the students, sharing their experiences, and performing alongside them to create an engaging environment for learning.

For residents and visitors, this project highlights a growing cultural emphasis on transparency and civic responsibility within Thai society. By using performing arts as a medium, the program seeks to move beyond theoretical education, helping youth develop critical thinking and teamwork skills while addressing social issues.
