The film follows a group of five teenagers who embark on a coastal adventure to explore a remote cave system known as 'The Devil’s Mouth,' only to find themselves hunted by a silent, lethal underwater threat.

Production efforts were extensive, with the crew navigating challenging terrain, including a journey through 3,000 curves to capture specific scenes. The film features a cast of rising stars, including Kathryn Newton, Lana Condor, Gavin Casalegno, Nico Hiraga, and Tommi. Filming locations spanned multiple provinces, including Bangkok, Krabi, Mae Hong Son, and Samut Prakan.
