ICONSIAM Hosts Month-Long Celebration of Thai Textiles and Royal Heritage

According to Khaosod Online Thailand, ICONSIAM is launching a month-long program in August 2026 dedicated to honoring Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. The initiative aims to celebrate her contributions to the preservation of Thai arts, crafts, and local wisdom.

The event series begins with an exhibition titled “Siri Khattiya Kasat, Duang Jai Rak Haeng Phaendin” (The Beloved Queen, Heart of the Land), running from August 1 to 8 at the M Floor’s Thara Hall, Walk Way, and Arts Way. This exhibition will feature works from national artists across five disciplines, a 3D animated film, and charity-focused displays. Following this, from August 11 to 13, the Prime Minister’s Office, through the Public Relations Department, will host the “Legacy of Thai Textiles & Fashion” event at the Charoen Nakhon and Thara Halls.
